Ingredients:
1 can fat free refried beans
1 stick of Butter (optional or can use ½ stick instead)
¼ cup shredded fat free Monterey Jack cheese
¼ cup of sharp cheddar cheese or Velveeta cheese
½ cup of chunky salsa
½ cup of taco sauce
1/3 cup of chopped green onions
1/3 cup of finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons (or to taste) pickled Jalpenos chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup of water
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients, adding desired amount of liquid from peppers
2. Bake at 350 degree F x 15 min
3. Serve with warm tortilla or chips
