Ingredients:
1 large firm and not very ripe mango
1/4 cup red onion chopped
1 jalapeno pepper chopped
1" piece of ginger finely choppedjavascript:void(0)
4 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1/4 cup cilantro chopped
1/4 cup sweet red pepper
1/4 cup chopped Jicama diced
1 and 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon granulated white sugar
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
2 table spoon red wine vinegar
Lime juice from 1 fresh juicy lime
* Peel and dice mango flesh away from the seed.
* Mix all the chopped ingredients in a bowl.
* Add all dry powders, sugars and salt.
* Add and mix lime juice and vinegar.
* Can serve it with desired main dishes.
* If want to make it little saucy, you may add 1 cup of pace chunky hot salsa to it. * You may vary the quantity of any ingredient based on your taste buds and you may add add corn and or diced cucumber to it if desire a little variety and different flavor.
