My Son's favorite Jello Orange Pudding

Very simple, very refreshing and delicious, and most of all very easy to make !! It can be served as light dessert. My son loves it...

Ingredients:

  • 4 small packages of Orange Jello
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 4 cups of fresh orange juice or 2 (6 oz) cans of frozen orange juice concentrate thawed
  • 4 (11 0z) cans of mandarin orange pieces drained
  • 2 cans of evaporated milk or 3 cups of milk
  • 1 tub of Cool whip

Method:

  • Boil 2 cups of water.
  • Dissolve jello in it.
  • Let it cool.
  • When cold add rest of the ingredients.
  • Mix well until every thing is well incorporated.
  • Pour in serving container.
  • Chill in the refrigerator to set.

This is very versatile recipe. You can add walnuts or pecans to this if desired, but I make this without nuts. You get Jello in different fruit flavors, you can make this with any fruits using that fruit flavor Jello. This is my son's favorite, so I used to make this very often, although I haven't made this for long time now. Therefore my photograph is pending....
